Thanks to everyone for your desire to
participate in this event! Here are the much awaited details:
Our
location is registered and will be advertised in the
Los Gatos Community Garage Sale
posters and fliers.
Please
bring your saleable goods, priced and ready to go, to St. Luke’s at 8am
the morning of the 17th.
We
will have tables set up for you. If you have a large number of items, feel
free to bring an additional means of displaying them.
Everyone should manage the sale of their own items. If you are
unable to stay for the sale, please “buddy up” with someone who can.
When
the sale is complete, you can take your remaining items home with you or
we can donate them to a charity on your behalf.
We
ask that each person donate upwards of 50% of their proceeds for
the day.
We will have receipts available so you’ll have a record available
of your donation.
Beyond being
a fundraiser for Saint Luke's,
this is a great way to invite the rest of the Los Gatos
community to sneak a peak inside our beautiful church. Thanks in advance
for participating and making this a fun day for all of us.
Rosemary
Greene will also be coordinating a bake sale for the day.
Your pre-packed baked goods would be
much appreciated and can be dropped of the day of the event or by
contacting Rosemary at 356-7775.
