In the event that a ticket holder cannot use his/her tickets, the tickets may be exchanged for tickets to a different concert, if seats are available. Otherwise they may be donated for a tax-deductible donation to Saint Luke's Church, provided that the ticket line is notified at least 24 hours prior to the ticketed concert. No refunds or credits to a credit card account will be given.
